1) You CAN PRE-REGISTER ONLINE (except of Kinders -go to field at below dates) and PRINT forms by just clicking this button:
This way, you don't have to complete forms at the field. OR you can also download the forms below.
2) Bring your completed and printed forms from either the online process or downloaded forms to Renaissance Park, St. Croix SATURDAY MORNING FROM 8:30-12PM OR 2:30-5PM APRIL 18TH OR 25TH 2009.
